Bayesian methods are becoming more and more popular in health sciences, engineering, environmental sciences, business and economics, social sciences, among others. In statistical estimation and analysis of the unknown phenomenon of interest, if we can justify that Bayesian analysis is applicable, we will obtain the best possible estimate of the unknown. This usefulness of Bayesian methods is illustrated with various applications of real world problems.
