It was designed and directed by Fatih Birol, Chief Economist of the IEA. Laura Cozzi and Marco Baroni co-ordinated the analysis of climate policy and modelling; Trevor Morgan co-ordinated the analysis of oil and natural gas and the Caspian outlook; Amos Bromhead co-ordinated the analysis of fossil-fuel subsidies.
