This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the IFIP WG 8.2 International Conference on the Role of Information Systems in Leveraging the Intelligence and Creativity of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, CreativeSME 2009, held in Guimaraes, Portugal, in June 2009.
